Registration Fall 2026
April 13, 2026 – April 17, 2026
Registration for the Fall 2026 session will begin Monday April 13 th - Friday April 17 th. All students are required to meet with your academic advisor before you schedule classes.
All Freshman Students, Music Majors, and Deciding/Deciding Non-Science Majors must obtain an alternate Pin# for Fall 2026 from advisors prior to scheduling classes.

One Stop Shop (Steps to Secure Fiscal Clearance)
- View your Student Fee Billing Form utilizing the steps below: - Go to www.xula.edu.
- Click on myXULA.
- Enter Username & Password.
- Select Banner Web.
- Click on Student Self Service.
- Select Fee Bill from the menu under your profile picture.
- Select a Term and Submit.
- Submit the required payment via Transact. Transact accepts credit cards, personal check payments, and international wires. To access Transact, click on the "Tuition and Fees Online Payments" link in Student Self Service Banner Web.
Please note: Your Fiscal Clearance Status appears at the top of the Student Fee Billing Form.

The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships
- If your FAFSA is not complete: You will receive an email with an estimated eligibility notification (estimated award). Contact the Office of Fiscal Services/Student Accounts.
- If you have completed your FAFSA and have not been awarded or receive an estimated offer notification, please contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at 504-520-7835.
- Any documents requested must be submitted through the student’s personal verification portal.
- If you have a Parent Plus Loan approval; contact One Stop Shop at 1-504-520-7867 or send an email to stuaccts@xula.edu.
- If you have questions about scholarships, contact 504-520-5212.
- Note: If you were offered a scholarship and do not see it on your award, contact the One Stop Shop at 1-504-520-7867 or send an email to stuaccts@xula.edu.
- If you have an award offer that has not been accepted: Go to your Banner Web and make a decision on your award offer. Contact the Office of Fiscal Services/Student Accounts for fiscal clearance.
